Are you shipping to EU countries? 

There are a lot of unanswered questions at the moment around shipping to the EU. Currently we are unable to ship to EU countries but we are working hard to get orders out again as soon as possible. If you have any questions about this please reach out to us at care@Vivifys .com.  

When will my order be shipped?

We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can. 

All UK orders for standard delivery will be shipped between 2-4 working days
If you have selected our next day delivery option, orders must be placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday) to be delivered on the next business day. (UK only)

• Standard Tracked (2-4 business days) *Free for orders over £40

• Next Business Day* (1-2 business days)

* Please note Next Business Day orders (Monday- Friday- exc. Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Vivifys currently ships to many countries around the world. We are working closely with our partners and carriers to bring Vivifys to more countries in 2021. Tag us @Vivifys  to let us know where you live.
